At around 12.45pm on Tuesday 10 September 2024, a man entered a tool shop on Scarborough Beach Road in Osborne Park and wandered around the store briefly talking with staff. The man was seen remove an impact wrench from its packaging and conceal it in his jacket before exiting the store without paying for the wrench.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: brown skinned, medium build, between 35 to 40 years of age with a thin black beard and moustache. He was wearing a brown hooded jacket over a white t-shirt, blue trousers with a black beanie.
