The Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE) and eSafety Commission (eSafety) resources help families have important conversations about online safety.
Available in various languages and tested with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, these resources include an advice sheet and conversation cards to get families talking.
They help parents and carers understand online child sexual exploitation, have conversations with their child about their online interests, handling uncomfortable or unsafe situations as well as getting help and reporting abuse.
Did you know – in the 2022-23 financial year, 40,232 reports of online child sexual exploitation were received by the ACCCE Child Protection Triage Unit.
