At around 8.16am on Thursday 13 May 2021, a group of three shopping centre customers were standing outside a store chatting to each other inside a shopping centre on Great Eastern Highway in Midland.

A man unknown to the group approached them shouting and swearing. Suddenly this man threw a plastic bottle of milk at the group causing one of the customers in the group to slip and fall, striking her head on the ground. As a result of striking her head on the ground an ambulance was called and conveyed the victim to hospital where she was treated and later discharged.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build with dark brown wavy hair. He was wearing camouflage shorts, a brown jacket over a grey T-shirt with print on the front and black sliders.
