At around 2.30pm on Tuesday 20 April 2021, a man entered a public swimming pool complex on The Esplanade in Scarborough by climbing over a fence. Once inside the complex the man climbed over barriers onto the roof before running along the roof and diving into the swimming pool.
The man immediately exited the pool and walked out of the swimming pool complex.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, between 20 to 30 years old with short dark brown hair.
