Kiara Police are investigating a home burglary that occurred in Eden Hill around 2.25pm on Wednesday 31 March 2021.

Two people have forced their way into a house on Schofield Street, going through rooms and pulling out drawers.

They have been disturbed by the police arriving and have fled on foot, jumping fences to get away.

A 14-year-old boy was arrested nearby and is currently going through court on this matter.

The second person police would like to speak to was not located.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: wearing a red cap and dark clothing.
