Around 1.10pm on Sunday 28 March 2021 a man entered a liquor store on Scarborough Beach Road in Innaloo carrying a motor bike helmet and large bag.
Once inside the man has placed two bottles of whiskey down his pants before leaving.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: fair skin, solid build with short cropped brown hair. He was wearing a navy blue collared shirt, dark blue pants and dark colored sneakers.
