Bunbury Detectives are seeking assistance with an attempted armed robbery that occurred at a corner store on Minninup Road, South Bunbury on Monday 1 July 2019.

Around 11:20am a woman entered the store and demanded money from the staff member.

When the staff member refused the woman made movements under her jumper suggesting she may be armed. She then left the store empty handed.

The woman was seen entering the passenger seat of a small white sedan before leaving the area.

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

She is described as fair skinned, 23-30 years of age with a slim build and approximately 160cm tall. She was seen wearing a grey and white patterned hooded jacket with black cuffs on the sleeve and blue jeans.
