At around 3.20pm on Wednesday 12 May 2021, a traffic warden was standing in the middle of Broadway in Nedlands controlling traffic for school children crossing the road.
The traffic warden noticed a male person standing on the footpath staring at her for a few minutes. The man is described as: light skinned, between 30 to 40 years of age, medium build with short dark brown hair and an unshaven appearance. He was wearing a backpack on his back and a second backpack on his front.
