Around 10.20am on Wednesday 20 November 2019, a man entered a supermarket on Sevenoaks Street Cannington. He wandered around the aisles and selected several grocery items before leaving the store without paying for them. A female staff member approached the man outside the store and requested the items back. The man threw a punch at the woman, narrowly missing her, before shoving her in the chest and ran away.

 

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The man is described as: Around 35-40 years of age, thin/medium build and around 175cm tall. He was wearing a cap, dark top and short jeans.
