At around 9:40pm on Friday 26 February 2021 a staff member was assaulted at a bus station in Mirrabooka.

 

A group of men were congregated at the bus station and causing a disturbance to members of the public. A staff member approached and requested the group move to the bus stand where they intended to board.

 

One of the men became verbally aggressive. A second staff member assisted in escorting the man to the bus stop.

 

When they reached the bus stop the man turned and struck one of the staff members in the face.

 

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The man is described as: slim build, approximately 20-30 years old and 6ft tall. He wore a blue cap backwards, black “Nike” jumper, black shorts and blue and white sneakers.
