Midland Detectives are continuing their investigating into a serious assault that occurred on Tonkin Highway Gosnells on Wednesday 21 November 2018.

Around 4pm, the victim was driving his silver Triton northbound on Tonkin Highway, alongside a white Holden Rodeo utility. As the victim went to overtake the Holden, the driver of the Holden accelerated. Once both vehicles were stopped at a set of traffic lights, all three men got out of their cars and a physical altercation took place between them. As a result of the assault, the victim sustaining serious facial injuries including a broken jaw in two places.

Detectives have identified the vehicle the men were in, however they believe that there were many cars and people in the area around the time of the assault and request these people to come forward.
