At around 12.35pm on Sunday 13 February 2022, a person presented a script inside a pharmacy on Walter Road in Bayswater. When they were told the script had already been filled and there were no repeats they became angry and abusive. As they walked out of the store the person kneed a staff member to her shoulder who was crouched down working on a display shelf. This caused the the staff member to fall into the shelf knocking products off the shelf.

Police have released CCTV images of a person who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The person is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 30 to 40 years of age with shoulder length hair tied back into a ponytail with greying ends. They were wearing a white T-Shirt, blue shorts and black joggers.
