At about 9.16pm on Saturday 7 March 2020 a man was waiting at a bus stop on William Street in Perth for his friend to arrive.
The man has heard two groups yelling at each other and stepped in between them to try and stop the argument.
A female from one of the groups has struck the man in the face, chipping the man’s tooth.
Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The woman is described as: light skin, medium build with shoulder length dark hair, wearing a pink t-shirt, light blue jeans and black sneakers.
