Cannington Police are seeking information from the public regarding an attempted robbery which took place in Beckenham on Saturday 26 January 2019.


Around 8:45pm, the victim was cycling along Bickley Road near the intersection of Brixton Street when he was approached by two males who assaulted him and attempted to steal his bicycle and backpack. The victim was punched in the stomach and face before the men fled empty handed.


Both males are described as being dark skinned, skinny build and approximately 175cm tall. One was wearing a black t-shirt with a large printed image on the front.
