At around 5.30pm on Tuesday 12 December 2023, a man is seen on CCTV walk up the driveway of a home on Arnold Place in Balga and enter an open garage. The man went straight to an e-scooter up against the wall alongside a parked car in the garage, and pushed it out the garage before jumping on the e-scooter and riding away.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: tan skinned, slim build, between 35 to 45 years of age with a shoulder length rat tail and facial hair. He was wearing a navy blue singlet with ‘9’ printed on the back and front, navy blue knee length shorts, black sneakers and a bucket hat.
