Around 5.20am on Saturday 30 November 2019 a man entered a golf club, on Hayes Road, Yokine, during hours the club was not open to the public.
The man continued entering rooms inside and was disturbed by the cleaners. When the man left the building the cleaner tried to take a photo of the man however the man pulled out a screw driver and chased the cleaner.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
