Around 11.50am on Friday 29 November 2019, a woman entered a cosmetics store in an arcade off Hay Street Mall in Perth. After perusing the aisles for a short time, she selected an electric toning device worth just over $300. As she approached the counter a number of items were knocked off a display by the female. A staff member went to assist the woman in picking the items up and the woman has hurriedly left the store in possession of the item without making payment.

 

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The woman is described as: Light skinned, brown hair slicked back into a bun, medium build, around 165-170cm tall, wearing a black formal short dress, black high heels, sunglasses, carrying a white handbag with black/white stripped pattern and a red shopping bag.
