Joondalup Detectives are appealing for public information in relation to a burglary in Landsdale where cash and a firearm were stolen.

The burglary occurred around 8pm on Sunday, 12 May 2019 at a house on Heathfield Drive. Offenders forced entry to the house and forced open a gun safe, removing a rifle and stealing an amount of cash.

They were disturbed and fled over the back fence of the property where they got into an older model silver Holden Commodore or Calais sedan.

A person driving in the vicinity saw the suspicious behaviour and drove their vehicle in front of the Holden in an attempt to stop them from leaving. The Holden narrowly missed their vehicle as it left the scene.

The men are described as:

·       Fair skinned, approximately 30 years of age, with a solid build.

·       Fair skinned, approximately 30 years of age, thin build and dark hair.
