At around 12.30pm on Thursday 15 February, an unknown man forced entry into a commercial building on The Esplanade in Perth. The man approached a room on the ground floor containing locked bicycles. Inside, he managed to pull a black Scott Foil RC bicycle from a wall mount before leaving the premise.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: medium build, tanned skinned with short dark hair. The man was wearing a blue Nike T-shirt, black jeans, grey sneakers, a white hat and sunglasses.
