At around 2.25am on Sunday 6 June 2021, two men approached a police vehicle parked on Fitzgerald Street in Northbridge and broke off the right wing mirror on the police vehicle. It is believed that both men were upset about being ejected from a nightclub nearby and spoke with French accents.

Police have released CCTV image of two men who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The first man is described as: light skinned, medium build, brown hair tied up on top of his head, a beard and moustache with a tattoo on each forearm. He was wearing a white T-shirt with a black snake on the back, beige shorts and white shoes.

The second man is described as: white skinned, medium build with short dark brown hair. He was wearing a red and white hooded top with blue jeans and black shoes.
