At around 9.10pm on Thursday 17 October 2024, the victim was pulling out of a parking bay on James Street in Northbridge in his car, when a man unknown to the victim crossed the road stepping in front of the victim’s car. The victim braked heavily stopping his car to avoid knocking into the man. The man lifted his right leg and kicked the front of the victim’s car causing damage before walking off without saying anything to the victim.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: white skinned, medium build, between 25 to 30 years of age with brown hair, a short beard and moustache. He was wearing a black jacket over a white t-shirt, black pants with black shoes.
