At around 2.40am on Saturday 8 October 2022, unknown offenders entered a service station on Beaufort Street in Highgate and used a stolen bank card to make a fraudulent purchase. A further eleven fraudulent purchases were made before 8.00am that same day in the Perth CBD area.

The bank card had been stolen from a vehicle parked in Highgate by smashing the rear passenger window to gain entry into the vehicle shortly before the first fraudulent transaction was made.

Police have released CCTV images of a two men who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The first man is described as: brown skinned, slim build, with short black hair and an unshaven appearance. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black pants, black runners and a red cap.

The second man is described as: brown skinned, slim build with a grey beard and moustache. He was wearing a grey hooded jumper, light coloured trousers with blue joggers.
