At around 8.00pm on Tuesday 27 February 2024, a man entered a pharmacy on Candlewood Boulevard in Joondalup and presented a prescription for medication to a staff member. The medication was dispensed to the man who left the pharmacy, however it was later noticed that the script appeared to have been forged and a call to the doctor who wrote the script confirmed he hadn’t issued the script.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: white skinned, medium build, between 30 to 35 years of age with brown hair and a tattoo visible at the back of his neck. He was wearing a black and grey ‘DKNY’ hooded jumper, black shorts, blue sneakers and white cap.
