At around 6.05pm on Saturday 20 November 2021, a man used a stolen bank card to make a fraudulent purchase at a service station on Goodwood Crescent in Ellenbrook. The bank card was inside a purse believed to have dropped out of a baby bag whilst carrying items from a vehicle into a home in Aveley a few hours earlier. A further 5 fraudulent purchases were made using the stolen bank card.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: white skinned, slim build, between 20 to 25 years of age with short brown hair, thin beard and moustache. He was wearing a black T-shirt with ‘2002’ printed on the front with a ‘X’ over the middle and a checkered baseball cap.
