At around 5.40am on Sunday 20 November 2022, a man entered a service station on Great Eastern Highway in Rivervale and used a stolen bank card to make a fraudulent purchase. The stolen bank card was used to make five further fraudulent purchases that morning. The bank card was stolen from inside a vehicle parked on the driveway of a home minutes earlier, where an unknown offender smashed the driver side window of the vehicle with a brick to gain entry.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: tan skinned, slim build, 40 to 50 years old with a greying goatee and moustache. He was wearing a grey jumper and grey track pants with a black cap.
