At around 8.30pm on Sunday 4 December 2022, the victim was fishing with friends off a jetty on Ocean Falls Boulevard in Mindarie when he realised that his iPhone 11 he had placed on the jetty near him was missing. A review of CCTV showed a man in company with two females kick the victim’s iPhone sitting on the jetty floor into the water as he walked past it.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: white skinned, slim build, between 18 to 25 years of age with red hair shaved on the back and sides. He was wearing a maroon shirt, black trousers and black shoes.
