At around 10.45am on Monday 20 December 2021, a man entered a liquor store on Joondalup Drive in Banksia Grove and used a stolen bank card to purchase alcohol. Two hours earlier the victim’s blue 2006 Hyundai Getz was stolen from Muchea which contained the victim’s wallet with bank card. A further two fraudulent purchases were made using the stolen bank card.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 35 to 45 years of age, with dark mullet styled hair and an unshaven appearance. He was wearing a black hooded jumper, black Los Angeles Dodgers baseball cap and carrying a black shoulder bag.
