Rockingham Detectives are seeking assistance with a fraud that occurred in Kwinana on Tuesday 6 November 2018.
Prior to the fraud incident, a home along Wellard Road, Calista was burgled by an unknown person who forced entry into the house before rummaging through several rooms and stealing a number of personal belongings.
Bank cards stolen during the burglary were then used to make fraudulent transactions, once at a retail store and a second time at a grocery store, however during the second transaction, the card was declined.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as dark skinned with a medium build, 35-30 years of age with a stubble beard and goatee. The man was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, white jacket and white sneakers. He was also wearing a black cap and sunglasses.
