Rockingham Detectives are seeking assistance with a fraud that occurred in Kwinana on Tuesday 6 November 2018.

Prior to the fraud incident, a home along Wellard Road, Calista was burgled by an unknown person who forced entry into the house before rummaging through several rooms and stealing a number of personal belongings.

Bank cards stolen during the burglary were then used to make fraudulent transactions, once at a retail store and a second time at a grocery store, however during the second transaction, the card was declined.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as dark skinned with a medium build, 35-30 years of age with a stubble beard and goatee. The man was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, white jacket and white sneakers. He was also wearing a black cap and sunglasses.

If you have any information about this offence make a report online at crimestopperswa.com.au or call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, where all calls are strictly confidential, and rewards are offered. Please quote Reference Number.
