Between 4.30pm on Wednesday 6 September 2023 and 1.15pm on Thursday 7 September 2023, the victim’s credit card was stolen from the centre console of her car parked in the driveway on Montreal Street in White Gum Valley. The credit card was used to make 20 fraudulent purchases on the Thursday at numerous locations in Booragoon, Applecross, Como and Mount Pleasant.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: tan skinned, slim build, between 35 to 45 years of age. He was wearing a black jacket, blue trousers, black shoes, a beanie and was carrying a black backpack.
