At around 5.24pm on Friday 29 September, a man entered a newsagency on Scarborough beach road in Mount Hawthorn and used a stolen bank card to purchase multiple scratchie cards. The bank card was stolen earlier from the boot of the victim’s vehicle parked in Osborne park and was used to make a further two fraudulent purchases that day.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: tanned skinned, medium build, between 35 to 45 years of age, brown hair with a rat tail and a tattoo on the right side of his neck. He was wearing a black Everlast jumper, grey track pants, black sneakers and a black crossbody bag.
