At around 6.12pm on Tuesday 3 October 2023, a man entered a grocery store on Wanneroo Road in Westminster and used a stolen bank card to purchase a pack of cigarettes. The stolen bank card was used to make a further sixteen fraudulent purchases. The victim is believed to have lost her stolen bank card.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 35 to 45 years of age, brown hair with dark facial hair. He was wearing a black hoodie, grey pants and white sneakers.
