At around 5.28am on Friday 29 September 2023, a man and woman each riding e-scooters arrived at a service station store on Wanneroo Road in Westminster. The woman used a stolen bank card to make two fraudulent purchases from the store. A further four fraudulent purchases were made within a two-hour period and two attempted purchases that were declined. The bank card was stolen from inside a vehicle parked in Marangaroo that evening.
Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The woman is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 18 to 25 years of age. She was wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants with black runners and was riding a black e-scooter.
