At around 10.55pm on Friday 14 July 2023, a group of people exited a pub which was closing on Wanneroo Road in Balcatta and entered a drive-thru liquor store nearby. One of the men in the group exposed himself to staff members and when asked to put it away he further exposed himself, gesturing using his hands before walking off with the group.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 25 to 35 years of age with short dark brown hair, beard and moustache. He was wearing a white and red Chicago Bulls hooded jumper with a white cap.
