Between 9.30am and 12.30pm on Friday 29 October 2021, a man entered a retail store on Middleton Road in Albany and was observed by staff to be spending some time looking at items on the display shelves. A staff member who was pricing items on a display shelf noticed the man crouching nearby looking at items on the bottom shelf. The man stood up and as he walked past the staff member, grabbed her buttocks with his hand and squeezed hard before walking on out of the store.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 25 to 35 years of age with black curly hair and a thin beard. He was wearing a white T-shirt with black guitars printed on the front, black shorts, black joggers and sunglasses.
