At around 2.30pm on Friday 14 July 2023, the victim was inside the changing cubicle at a retail store on Rockingham Road in Spearwood when she became aware of someone entering the changing cubicle next to her. The victim then saw that the occupant of that cubicle was holding a mobile phone under the partition separating the two cubicles and appeared to be filming her. The victim fled the cubicle and alerted staff.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 20 to 30 years of age. He was wearing a grey Nike hooded jumper, black pants, white joggers, a black beanie with prescription glasses.
