Circumstances

 

James Norman had been fishing with a friend off rocks at the western end of Dunsky Beach in the West Cape Howe National Park, west of Albany when he decided to go for a swim.

His friend watched him swim to the beach nearby.

James walked out of the water and made his way along the beach and onto a rocky outcrop at the eastern end of Dunsky Beach.

James has not been seen since this time.
