Circumstances

 

Ross O’Connell was last seen at approximately 9.30pm by his mother prior to him going to bed on 27 May 2005.

In the early hours of 28 May 2005 Ross’ vehicle was located at the Trigg Beach car park with his wallet and mobile phone left on the passenger seat of the vehicle.

Ross lives with Bi Polar and there are extreme concerns for his safety and welfare.
