DESCRIPTION: BRYAN CURLEY

  • 32 years old at the time of his disappearance.
  • 177cm tall.
  • Medium build.
  • Black hair.
  • Brown eyes.

DESCRIPTION: GRANT ARNOLD

  • 33 years old at the time of his disappearance.
  • Slim build.
  • Light brown hair.
  • Grey eyes.

CIRCUMSTANCES:

Bryan Curley and Grant Arnold were on board the 40 foot vessel ‘Corsair’, which was travelling north from Fremantle to Darwin.

On Friday 25 September 1987 the vessel developed engine trouble near Quoin Head on the western side of Dirk Hartog Island (near Shark bay).

Bryan and Grant were last seen in the seas in this area after abandoning the vessel.
