At around 4.40pm on Monday 10 May 2021, a 12 year old child was riding his scooter along Collier Pass in Joondalup when a man walking in the opposite direction grabbed hold of the scooter and pushed the child off the scooter onto the ground. The man then rode away on the scooter towards the train station.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, around 20 years of age. He was wearing a dark coloured hooded jacket over a distinctive patterned camouflage T-shirt.
