At around 11.00pm on Saturday 13 March 2021, the victim was waiting to be picked up by a taxi at the arena on Townley Street in Armadale. A group of between 9 to 10 men approached the victim and surrounded him, telling the victim to hand over his mobile phone and watch. The victim was then punched twice and his mobile and watch were taken from him. The group ran off when a security guard approached them.

Police have released CCTV images of two men who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
