UPDATE: As a result of information from the public, Sex Assault Squad detectives have charged a man with the sexual assault of a 17 year old male that occurred in Nollamara on the evening of 17 November 2019.

Sex Assault Squad detectives executed a search warrant at a home in Nollamara yesterday (26 November 2019) and as a result, a 30-year-old man from Nollamara has been charged with:

· Aggravated Sexual Penetration without Consent; and
· Armed Robbery.

The man appeared before the Perth Magistrates Court on, 27 November 2019.

 

Sex Assault Squad detectives are investigating an alleged sexual assault that occurred in Nollamara on Monday, 18 November 2019.

Sometime between 12.30am and 1.30am, the 17-year-old male victim got off a bus and was walking through the laneway adjacent to Quadea Way leading to Almurta Street, when he was threatened and sexually assaulted.

Detectives would like to speak to the man pictured who they believe can assist them with their investigation.
