At around 7.00pm on Friday 19 April 2024, two men are seen on CCTV approach the victim’s black Vespa scooter parked in the car park of the train station on Cedric Street in Stirling. One of the men pushed the scooter out of the car park into Cedric Street with the other man following, before they both disappeared with the victim’s scooter.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 20 to 30 years of age with shoulder length hair, small goatee and moustache. He was wearing a black ‘Hoodrich’ jumper and light-coloured cap.
