Between 3.00pm and 5.00pm on Wednesday 20 September 2023, the victim was carrying out work within various sections of a hotel on Adelaide Terrace in Perth with his bank debit card in his pocket. When the victim arrived home, he discovered his debit card was no longer in his pocket and that the debit card had been used to make 4 fraudulent purchases in the Perth CBD.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: brown skinned, medium build, between 50 to 60 years of age with a grey beard and moustache. He was wearing a blue hooded jacket, grey knee length shorts, black and white shoes, and was carrying a large backpack.
