At around 2:30pm on Sunday 10 January 2021 a man has entered a electronics store in a shopping centre on Albany Highway.
The man went to the electric scooter section and selected a scooter in a large box.
He then left the store in possession of the scooter, making no attempt to pay for the item.
The scooter is worth approximately $1000.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, medium build, with short blonde hair. He wore aviator sunglasses, a black “Tommy Hilfiger” shirt, black shorts and black sneakers.
