At around 3.05pm on Thursday 16 June 2022, two women entered a store on Albany Highway in East Victoria Park. The first woman picked up a statue of an eagle off the display shelf and placed it in the trolley being pushed by the second woman. The second woman covered the eagle with shopping bags before they both walked out of the store without paying for the eagle.

 

Police have released CCTV images of two women who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The first woman is described as: brown skinned with a slim build. She was wearing a beige jumper, blue pants, black shoes with a black beanie and carried a black back pack.

 

The second woman is described as: brown skinned, slim build with black hair tied back into a bun. She was wearing a blue hooded jumper and sunglasses.
