At around 7.00pm on Thursday 16 June 2022, the 15 year old victim placed his bicycle just inside the front doors of a retail store on The Strand in Wellard. Ten minutes after leaving his bicycle a man is seen on CCTV walk up to the victim’s bicycle, climb on and ride out of the store. Five minutes later after the victim finished his shopping he found his bicycle had been stolen.

 

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The man is described as: white skinned, slim build, between 20 to 30 years of age with short straight black hair and a thin moustache. He was wearing a black jacket over a white T-shirt, black pants, black runners and appeared to have white ear pods in each ear.
