At around 3.00pm on Saturday 21 October 2023, a man is seen approach a black Fluid e-Bike parked outside the front of a grocery store on Albany Highway in East Victoria Park. The e-Bike was locked with a chain through the back wheel around the frame. The man walked away pushing the e-Bike along on its front wheel while holding the back wheel off the ground.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: white skinned, slim build, between 25 to 35 years of age with brown hair, a moustache and an unshaven appearance. He was wearing a white singlet, brown cargo shorts with thongs.
