At around 12.45pm on Sunday 22 October 2023, a man walked into a liquor store on Cambridge Street in West Leederville and asked for a bottle of Whiskey and bottle of liqueur. The staff member removed both bottles from a locked cabinet and handed them to the man. While the staff member was serving another customer, the man exited the store without paying for the bottles he had placed in a trolley he was pushing.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 50 to 60 years of age with a grey moustache. He was wearing a long-sleeved shirt over a blue t-shirt, brown three quarter trousers, blue shoes and a black Fedora hat.
