Between 5.50pm and 6.10pm on Thursday 7 April 2022 a man gained entry to a car parked on Albany Highway in East Victoria Park.
Once inside the man grabbed a backpack from the front seat before leaving the area.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: Fair skin with short dark hair and a goatee. He was wearing a dark coloured tshirt and dark shorts with dark sneakers and red socks.
