At around 9.30am on Saturday 2 April 2022, the victim locked his Segway E-scooter onto a bicycle rack outside a shopping centre on Karrinyup Road in Karrinyup. When the victim returned to the bicycle rack at around 12.30pm the same day, he found his E-scooter stolen along with the lock and helmet.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: white skinned, slim build, between 20 to 30 years of age with dark brown hair. He was wearing a black T-shirt, blue knee length shorts and red runners with sunglasses.
